Lots of people want to tackle the “How”:
How do I close more deals?
How do I qualify better etc etc?
But “Who” has to come first!
Arguably, Who you are talking to is more important than how you speak to them
Its the same from a strategic perspective, surround your self with the best people you can and then work on the ‘how’ after.
